libhwloc-contrib-plugins software package provides Hierarchical view of the machine - contrib plugins, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libhwloc-contrib-plugins
libhwloc-contrib-plugins is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libhwloc-contrib-plugins package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libhwloc-contrib-plugins *
You will get with libhwloc-contrib-plugins package name, version, architecture and description in a table
